The Promenade is a 2-story Lifestyle mall under the concept of "Let's Take a Walk" to allow everyone to walk as much as they like. In fact, the word ‘Promenade’ literally means ‘walk’. The mall is designed to have a circular shape. One can walk through the entire area unaware while joyfully listening to constantly playing classical music.
The building is uniquely designed in the European Old Town Main Street architecture style with 360-degree slanting roofs in perfect harmony with shops’ multi-perspectives. The Lysaght® Zipdek® tapered roofing sheets are chosen to meet the architect’s expectations perfectly. In addition, the building floors are reinforced with the Lysaght® W-Deck® steel sheets for greater strength and stability.
This community mall was developed to be a place to support various activities, including education, society and family.
Located in eastern Bangkok, CentralFestival EastVille was designed under the concept of “The New Nature Experience of Bangkok” in response to urban lifestyles.
