Siam Square has been one of the most popular shopping areas in Bangkok for over 40 years. In essence, this is the place where trends are created and creativity nurtured. It is an epicentre of inspiration in Bangkok.
As Siam Square becomes more popular with both tourists and locals alike, it can no longer comfortably accommodate the amount of footfall. Thus, Siam Square One was born, with its 7-tier vertical Urban Shopping Streets offering ramps and elevated walkways from BTS Siam Station. Being a shopping mall that focuses very much on modern design and aesthetics, the selection of walls and roofs is very important, and LYSAGHT® ZIPDEK® wall panels and standing seam profile roofs came to be the preferred choice by the building designers.
With the lightweight yet beautiful undulating roofing materials, LYSAGHT® ZIPDEK® can be customized in a variety of shapes; inclined, curved or tapered. The distinctive and stylish black and white tone used perfectly matches the modern city landscape.
This community mall was developed to be a place to support various activities, including education, society and family.
Located in eastern Bangkok, CentralFestival EastVille was designed under the concept of “The New Nature Experience of Bangkok” in response to urban lifestyles.
The Promenade is a 2-story Lifestyle mall under the concept of “Let’s Take a Walk” to allow everyone to walk as much as they like.
