Very deep rib concealed fix and seamed roof cladding presenting a very strong visual appeal and long spanning capability. Seams mechanically formed on-site offers exceptional watertightness for very large and low slope roofs.

LYSAGHT^® ULTRA-RIB™ with special high rib and concealed fixing and seaming will ensure total waterproofing solution for even the most strict requirements buildings. The ULTRA-RIB™ is made from aluminium/zinc alloy coated ZINCALUME^® steel or pre-painted CLEAN COLORBOND^® steel that has a lifetime of up to four times that of ordinary galvanised steel and excellent resistance to tropical discolouration and staining, preserving the original clean and sleek look of your projects.

The high rib, spanning ability, lightness and rigidity of LYSAGHT^® ULTRA-RIB™ profile permits wide support spacing which helps save the cost of purlins in the building.  The stiffeners in profile circle node in the rib and electric seamers ensure the straight and good-looking roof when completed.

For projects that require long length roof up to 65m without any end laps, LYSAGHT^® ULTRA-RIB™  can be roll-formed on-site using LYSAGHT^® Mobile Rollforming solution.
