The factory design require a long roof sheeting without underlaps, ensuring efficiency in material usage and reducing the risk of water leakage from overlaps. This requirement also applied for the wall cover, with the additional challenge of having two colours combined to achieve a unique look

The Lysaght Solution

It may not be a feasible task to transport a 50-metres long LYSAGHT® KLIP-LOK^® roofs from NS BlueScope Lysaght Indonesia's factory in Sidoarjo to the factory's site in Purwosari. But the machine that produces the roofing products can be transported over, thanks to the NS BlueScope Lysaght's Mobile Rollforming solutions. Therefore, the roof sheets can be produced accurately to the required length and Lysaght's standard of quality.

For the wall, precision in profile is important. Two colours' choice of LYSAGHT® SPANDEK^® from our COLORBOND^®  product range makes it possible for the factory to have a 30m high wall installed accurately and achieve a unique look.
