LYSAGHT^® Mobile Rollforming

The Lysaght Solution

LYSAGHT® SPANDEK^® 0.60 mm BMT is the choice to answer those challenges. Using COLORBOND® XRW Off White material, added value to material durability and clean look on the factory’s roofing & cladding. To speed up the construction time, the material needs to produce in specific length and fast. This is a call for LYSAGHT^® Mobile Rollforming services. With a limited area on site, this is a big challenge.

Working together with PT Bangun Sarana Baja, a well-known steel fabricator in Indonesia, NS BlueScope Lysaght Indonesia came up with a roll on the top method. A steel rig provided to lift up the machine to 12 metres height. Allowing it to produce each sheet and directly place it closer to the roof. This method eliminates the need to have been on the ground for finish product.
